Route design proven from 1 L bench scale to a 200 L pilot plant at Medchal, Hyderabad — with high-vacuum lab support and specialty chemicals capability.
Production
Glass-lined and SS316 reactor trains built for multi-step synthesis at commercial volume, with utilities that hold tight process conditions batch after batch.
Quality — QC, QA & Micro
An integrated quality lab releases every batch: HPLC, UV spectrophotometry, wet chemistry and micro — run by a corporate QA team of 15+ specialists.
Warehouse & Export
Segregated raw-material storage and packing areas, with export packing carried out to regulatory norms and documentation to match.
Environment
Effluent and residue handled through our MEE plant with scrubbers; every site maintains its green belt to industrial norms.
