Research & development
Drug development has been Kevys’ focus since the first year of operation. Our R&D centre at Medchal, Hyderabad is staffed by highly experienced scientists who design synthesis routes, prove them at bench scale, and carry them through to pilot manufacture.
The facility supports work from one litre to a 200-litre pilot plant with high-vacuum lab support (including specialty chemicals), so a customer’s molecule is proven at every scale before commercial commitment.

The chemistry toolbox
Complex, multi-step synthesis is our normal operating condition. Chiral and stereo-specific work is a particular strength; several of our commercial intermediates are single-isomer compounds delivered to tight optical-purity specifications.
Manufacturing & scale-up
Reactor trains built for multi-step synthesis at commercial volume, with the utilities to hold tight process conditions batch after batch — small or large volume, potent or non-potent. Each of the six units is deliberately segmented: R&D, API and intermediates manufacture run in dedicated areas with segregated raw-material storage and packing.
Custom synthesis & contract manufacturing
Beyond our own catalog, Kevys takes on custom synthesis for pharmaceutical companies that need a molecule made to their specification — from route scouting on a new intermediate to freeing up a customer’s own capacity on an established one.

Export-ready by design
Export packing is carried out to regulatory norms, and every export consignment is supported with the quality and regulatory documentation international customers and their regulators expect.
